Se encuentra en la c\u00e1rcel en espera de ser sentenciado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con sustento en los datos de prueba obtenidos durante la investigaci\u00f3n, \u201cEl Negris\u201d es acusado como presunto responsable de golpear a un hombre, dispararle y arrojarlo en un hoyo por el camino que conduce a la comunidad El Zarco.
