est\u00e1 amparada en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n como medio de prueba, la Fiscal\u00eda de Guanajuato formul\u00f3 cargos por tentativa de homicidio y robo calificado en contra de JUAN PABLO \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La exposici\u00f3n argumentativa del Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico en contra del probable responsable deriv\u00f3 en una vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso penal por atentar contra la integridad f\u00edsica de la v\u00edctima y robo de una motocicleta de su propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la etapa de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, el agresor enfrentar\u00e1 el proceso penal en prisi\u00f3n, medida cautelar solicitada por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico y otorgada por el Juez de manera justificada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
