{"id":19868,"date":"2025-01-21T09:43:16","date_gmt":"2025-01-21T15:43:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/periodiconuevomilenio.com\/?p=19868"},"modified":"2025-01-21T09:43:18","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T15:43:18","slug":"vinculacion-a-proceso-penal-por-homicidio-tentativa-de-homicidio-y-robo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/periodiconuevomilenio.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/21\/vinculacion-a-proceso-penal-por-homicidio-tentativa-de-homicidio-y-robo\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculaci\u00f3n a Proceso Penal por Homicidio, Tentativa de Homicidio y Robo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Guanajuato informa que <strong>JUAN SANTIAGO \u00abN\u00bb <\/strong>ha sido vinculado a proceso penal por su probable responsabilidad en los delitos de homicidio, tentativa de homicidio y robo, cometidos el 3 de enero de 2025, en el municipio de Valle de Santiago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los elementos de prueba presentados por el Ministerio P\u00fablico, el imputado, en un acto delictivo ocurrido la ma\u00f1ana del 3 de enero, despoj\u00f3 de sus pertenencias a dos v\u00edctimas. Tras el robo, el acusado agredi\u00f3 a una de las v\u00edctimas con un arma blanca, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones graves que, lamentablemente, la privaron de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las investigaciones realizadas por la Fiscal\u00eda, permitieron identificar y arrestar a <strong>JUAN SANTIAGO \u00abN\u00bb, <\/strong>quien fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de un Juez.
