{"id":21058,"date":"2025-02-21T16:06:19","date_gmt":"2025-02-21T22:06:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/periodiconuevomilenio.com\/?p=21058"},"modified":"2025-02-21T16:06:20","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T22:06:20","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-penal-a-leonardo-daniel-n-por-abusosexual-en-leon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/periodiconuevomilenio.com\/index.php\/2025\/02\/21\/vinculan-a-proceso-penal-a-leonardo-daniel-n-por-abusosexual-en-leon\/","title":{"rendered":"VINCULAN A PROCESO PENAL A LEONARDO DANIEL \u201cN\u201d POR ABUSOSEXUAL EN LE\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guanajuato obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso penal<br>de LEONARDO DANIEL \u201cN\u201d por el delito de abuso sexual, cometido en la ciudad<br>de Le\u00f3n.<br>Los hechos:<br>El ataque ocurri\u00f3 en las primeras horas del 12 de febrero de 2025, cuando la v\u00edctima<br>ingres\u00f3 al ba\u00f1o de una gasolinera ubicada en avenida Paseo de los Insurgentes,<br>colonia Refugio Campestre.<br>Aprovechando que la mujer se encontraba sola, el ahora imputado, identificado<br>como trabajador del establecimiento, entr\u00f3 al sanitario y cometi\u00f3 tocamientos<br>indebidos a la v\u00edctima.<br>La v\u00edctima logr\u00f3 forcejear con su agresor y pedir ayuda. De inmediato, elementos<br>de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad de Le\u00f3n acudieron al lugar y detuvieron a<br>LEONARDO DANIEL \u201cN\u201d.<br>Investigaci\u00f3n y proceso legal:<br>La FGE recab\u00f3 elementos de pruebas que acreditan la probable responsabilidad<br>del imputado.
